
Last week we released our support web application developed in house. The application was created to improve the support we provide to our customers.
Through a modern and responsive layout, it’s possible to open tickets, keep up with the support contracts and extract activities’ reports. This means more agility and transparency to the work provided by our company. Check some screenshots below.

In the dashboard you’ll find all info about your companies’ contract: hourly progress, number of requests, solution percentage, etc.

View all your request’s information. You can exchange messages with out support through the system as well.
